Official bookings, specific payment terms, delivery requirements, and customized outlines are fully governed by a separate, bilateral Written Institutional Agreement / Proposal Document executed directly between our office and the hiring school administration. The terms of that formal agreement shall supersede any standard generalized text on this website.
SECTION 7 - SERVICE EXECUTION & ACADEMIC DISCLAIMER
While the programs under the EDGE™ Framework (including The Inner Edge™ and The Learning Advantage™) are professionally designed to optimize learning mechanics, cognitive absorption, and emotional focus, individual student absorption rates and behavioral outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.
Consequently, we do not promise, guarantee, or warrant specific academic metrics, board marks, test grades, or standardized scores as a result of attending a singular institutional intensive or coaching program.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as scheduling links or payment gateways) over which we neither monitor nor have any direct control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
