Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Life Shift with Sonali. Because our services consist of live professional consulting, customized institutional training, and dedicated advisory hours, we enforce a transparent structural policy regarding refunds and cancellations on www.lifeshiftswithsonali.co.in.
1. Individual Coaching & Digital Services
No-Refund Policy: All fees paid for 1:1 coaching tracks, digital clarity sessions, masterclasses, or online consultation modules are strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed or the service has been initiated.
Rescheduling Sessions: For individual coaching clients, if you need to reschedule a booked live session, you must notify our team at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without a 24-hour prior notice will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a credit or makeup date.
2. Institutional Workshops & School Programs
Contractual Governance: Bookings for institutional workshops, campus training intensives, and corporate partnerships under the EDGE™ Framework (including The Inner Edge™ and The Learning Advantage™) are customized uniquely for each cohort.
Separate Terms Apply: Cancellation, rescheduling, token advances, and stage-wise payment schedules for schools are entirely governed by the specific Bilateral Written Institutional Contract executed directly between our office and the hiring school's administration. Generalities in website policy do not override signed institutional contracts.
3. Duplicate Transactions or Payment Errors
If a technical glitch causes a duplicate transaction or an accidental overpayment through our online payment gateways, the user must report the issue to our desk immediately with valid transaction receipts. Verified duplicate technical errors will be processed and refunded to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
